Chapter 4-7: Predefined Fields

CURSOR AT OCCURRENCE

This field has significance only for input processes, and only if the cursor is positioned on an input item. (The item need not be modifiable.) Under these circumstances, this field will contain the occurrence number of the item. In other words, if the cursor is positioned on the first occurrence of the item, CURSOR AT OCCURRENCE will have the value 1; if the cursor is positioned on the second occurrence, 2; and so forth.

Remember that APPEARANCE refers to multiple appearances of a unique field on an image, and that OCCURRENCE refers to multiple occurrences of a field, as defined in the data dictionary.

IF       --- CURSOR AT OCCURRENCE       EQ     1
  T     SET      --- CURSOR COLUMN              =      30

Default Value: Wherever the cursor is, if it is sitting on a field.
